BILLING

ORDER CANCELLATION BY NOYO

In rare circumstances, we may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment verification issues, or product quality concerns. NOYO reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion.

In such cases, any charged amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 30 working days. Any promotional code or voucher used will be restored to your account if applicable.
