Refund policy

At Noyo India, a brand by Clover Collaborate LLP, we want you to have a great shopping experience. While we do not accept returns, we do offer exchanges under specific conditions.

1. No Returns
We do not offer returns on any orders. All purchases are considered final.

2. Exchanges
Exchanges are available only under the following conditions:

If you received the wrong product
If you need a different size of the same product

All exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.

3. Replacement Shipping Fee
For all approved exchanges, the delivery charge for the replacement product must be paid by the customer.
